This was the first time that we have bought a car from Crest. We were thinking is this a lemon of a car? It took a few phone calls, but we were connected to Brian Bingham. My husband explained the issue and Brian got us an appointment for the next day. In a couple have hours, the issue was fixed. The only other thing was, I wished I had noticed that the car’s retractable cargo cover was missing. It was probably taken out of our and put in another car. We felt much more comfortable with Crest, once this brake issue was resolved. We will do business with Crest again in a few years. More
