Our overall buying experience with Brittany at BMW at Silver springs has been excellent. Considering situation was extraordinary as we are new to country and at the same time there is industry wide chip Silver springs has been excellent. I had the pleasure of working with Kyle Greene on the purchase of my new X3. I initially stopped by just to look around. I was considering a 4 series convertible and had some interest in the X3, but I wa purchase of my new X3. I initially stopped by just to look around. I was considering a 4 series convertible and had some interest in the X3, but I was also considering the Mercedes counterparts. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. We test drove both vehicles and he was able to provide me with lots of knowledge about each one. It was immediately clear that Kyle was well versed when it came to the vehicles. I told him I had no intention or purchasing today, and he still spent tons of time with me and educated me. You can tell he has a passion for BMW’s and truly believes in them. There was never any pressure to purchase. Kyle made me feel so comfortable and educated that I decided to purchase an X3 right away. When it came time to do the numbers, Kyle and his sales managers worked within my constraints until they had me at payment where I felt comfortable. The attitude of everyone at the dealership from the managers, to the finance gentleman, and of course Kyle, was totally upbeat and customer focused. My BMW experience started with Scott Sohn, Client Advisor/Sales at BMW Silver Spring. Scott was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive with all of my questions. Most of our conversations took place outside of the dealership making it easier for me so I didn't have to drive in. I found Scott still answering my questions on his day off! Additionally, he helped me build a fantastic looking BMW X3M. Next I met with Sales Manager Max Moyer who was very helpful and assisted Scott and me with pricing my new vehicle to an amount I was comfortable with. Usually after agreeing to a car and price, you sign the paperwork and you're done. However, my wife and I had the privilege to work with Finance Manager, Gen Awanohara. Gen was another extremely knowledgeable and patient staff member. My wife and I had a lot of questions and Gen expertly answered everything as well as gave us tips on how best to finance our new BWM! We came out feeling comfortable with our financing decision. Finally, BMW Genius, Sheriff Akeju who expertly explained all of the ins and outs of our car was icing on the cake. There are a TON of features on the new 2022 BMW X3M that seemed daunting. Sheriff patiently explained everything from the instrument panel all the way through to the mobile app. There were no questions Sheriff couldn't answer. I left BWM Silver Spring with a lot more knowledge and confidence that I understood all of the bells and whistles of my new car. The entire team demonstrated that they have passion for the product they sell and the service they provide. I couldn't recommend a better BMW dealer. As mentioned, thanks to the entire team! More
