We had an outstanding experience with Harold Shelby and BMW of Silver Spring. When we arrived at the dealership Harold already had the three BMW models of interest lined up for quick test drive of all thre BMW of Silver Spring. Harold demonstrated outstanding product knowledge and trustworthy demeanor. Subsequently we had a few questions about the model / car of interest and he quickly researched the issues and returned to us with an answer. Harold hustled and was proactive without undue sales aggressiveness. We consummated the transaction quickly and painlessly. While Harold deserves the bulk of the positive feedback, Max Moyer, sales manger, deserves mention as he also contributed to the best car buying experience.
