My BMW experience started with Scott Sohn, Client Advisor/Sales at BMW Silver Spring. Scott was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive with all of my questions. Most of our conversations took place outside of the dealership making it easier for me so I didn't have to drive in. I found Scott still answering my questions on his day off! Additionally, he helped me build a fantastic looking BMW X3M. Next I met with Sales Manager Max Moyer who was very helpful and assisted Scott and me with pricing my new vehicle to an amount I was comfortable with. Usually after agreeing to a car and price, you sign the paperwork and you're done. However, my wife and I had the privilege to work with Finance Manager, Gen Awanohara. Gen was another extremely knowledgeable and patient staff member. My wife and I had a lot of questions and Gen expertly answered everything as well as gave us tips on how best to finance our new BWM! We came out feeling comfortable with our financing decision. Finally, BMW Genius, Sheriff Akeju who expertly explained all of the ins and outs of our car was icing on the cake. There are a TON of features on the new 2022 BMW X3M that seemed daunting. Sheriff patiently explained everything from the instrument panel all the way through to the mobile app. There were no questions Sheriff couldn't answer. I left BWM Silver Spring with a lot more knowledge and confidence that I understood all of the bells and whistles of my new car. The entire team demonstrated that they have passion for the product they sell and the service they provide. I couldn't recommend a better BMW dealer. As mentioned, thanks to the entire team! More

We had an outstanding experience with Harold Shelby and BMW of Silver Spring. When we arrived at the dealership Harold already had the three BMW models of interest lined up for quick test drive of all thre BMW of Silver Spring. Harold demonstrated outstanding product knowledge and trustworthy demeanor. Subsequently we had a few questions about the model / car of interest and he quickly researched the issues and returned to us with an answer. Harold hustled and was proactive without undue sales aggressiveness. We consummated the transaction quickly and painlessly. While Harold deserves the bulk of the positive feedback, Max Moyer, sales manger, deserves mention as he also contributed to the best car buying experience. We will be buying our next car from Harold and BMW of Silver Spring. More
