Very courteous and easy with check-in. The only bad part was the wait time. I was in for Toyota Care with simple tires rotation and multi-points inspection. I want to share a great customer service experience I had yesterday at Longo Toyota. I brought my car in for a routine 10,000 mile maintenance. The service advisor, Max Hernandez, was wonderful to work wit yesterday at Longo Toyota. I brought my car in for a routine 10,000 mile maintenance. The service advisor, Max Hernandez, was wonderful to work with. During my short wait, I remembered that I had a problem with USB port not being able to charge my phone. I asked Max to check it and the charging port tested OK. But he gave me a new charging cable which fixed the problem. That was above and beyond what I expected. I heartily recommend Long Toyota.and kudos to Max. More
