For the first time visiting Gullo I was not very happy. I made an appointment ahead of time. Spencer is my service writer but he was at lunch so i was assigned a different person. Once he came and took me in he said it will be 2 hours or more. There is a sign in the waiting area make an appointment online and no waiting. When i asked about the sign I dont know. I wasnt given any updates on the work. I sent two text messages nut no answers. I finally saw Spencer I asked to check on my car. He gsve me an update. Finally the guy who wrote the order came and told me from afar the csr was ready and he walked away. If I come back and dont get Spencer I will leave. More

I recently had the front wheel bearings and rear brake pads replaced on my 2015 Toyota Highlander. I chose to have these services performed at Gullo Toyota-Conroe because Gullo has reputation for treating pads replaced on my 2015 Toyota Highlander. Unfortunately, the service performed on my vehicle was not done properly and felt unsafe to drive. I informed Maxine Matamoros about the issue and she immediately had the issue taken care of.
