In the past 5 years May has been "go-to" person for vehicle purchases or leasing. May has always been dependable. She always promptly follows-up with answers to my questions and makes the entire expe vehicle purchases or leasing. May has always been dependable. She always promptly follows-up with answers to my questions and makes the entire experience so much more pleasant. There are many things I like about working with May but the one very important one is the trust she has built with me ever since the first time I purchased a Subaru. I don't know how many more Subarus there will be in my future but if the need arises again for myself or a family member, I will always go to May. More

My partnership with the salesperson was clandestine from the start. I had not bought a new car in 17 years, so I literally said a prayer the night before that I would find the right salesperson for me. When the start. When I arrived at the dealership I parked at the front of the building. When I got out of my car, a nice lady was leaning on the railing of the walkway. She kindly said how can I help you. It was May! As I talked with her, I knew she was the person for me. As an engineer I would be hard to work with, but May was up for the task. She was kind, patient and thorough. Just what I needed. It was a long haul with many discussion and test drives. In the end I got the perfect car for me. I am so happy with the way I fit into it and the way it drives. Subaru is a great company. They are like family. Thanks again Subaru. More

I had a great experience purchasing my new Subaru at Heritage. A friend had recommended May Farris, so I booked an appointment with her. May was wonderful! She was knowledgable, patient, and had a no Heritage. A friend had recommended May Farris, so I booked an appointment with her. May was wonderful! She was knowledgable, patient, and had a no-pressure sales approach which I found VERY nice. The process was quick, smooth, and I got a great price on my new vehicle. The customer service beyond my purchase has been great too. Subaru has gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my new car, and that all my question are answered. Sure beats the heck out of my so-so experience purchasing my last car (rhymes with Schmolvo.). More

I had the pleasure of working with May Farris for the purchase of my preowned Subaru. She was patient, kind, and unfailingly patient working with me! I hadn’t bought a car in over 20 years so it was lik purchase of my preowned Subaru. She was patient, kind, and unfailingly patient working with me! I hadn’t bought a car in over 20 years so it was like the first time for me buying a car. However, she made me comfortable with the experience! I highly recommend May when purchasing your car at Heritage Subaru Catonsville! She made sure I was well taken care of from start to finish! As for the dealership, Steve Knolle and May made sure a couple of concerns I had with my preowned Subaru were addressed to my satisfaction. They were both determined to ensure that I was 100% satisfied before I left the dealership! More
