While I did get a great deal on the vehicle it took 3 days to get the deal done. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and have a price that I want to spend when I come into dealer. I research and pr days to get the deal done. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and have a price that I want to spend when I come into dealer. I research and price before I ever set foot in the dealer and I am upfront with what I want. I do not like going thru the whole car buying ordeal or the finance process. I spent 5 to 6 hrs of my time getting this deal done when it could have all been handled in 1 or 2. More

Still an unresolved horrible experience. We feel totally taken advantage of not only in the price of the car, but financing thru this dealer. Over sold on buying a "Basic" extended warranty We feel totally taken advantage of not only in the price of the car, but financing thru this dealer. Over sold on buying a "Basic" extended warranty and told we could cancel - don't hold your breath waiting for the refund of the amout that is tacked on to the loan and increasing daily with per diem and finance charges. Very poor quality of professionalism, and care for customers. More
