My husband and I went there to lease a car, Before we enter the door, Magic (Mazen) greeted us and asked how can he help us. So he guided us inside and talked about the car we wanted. We felt comfortable with him, very professional, honest and nice person. My husband want to lower the monthly payment if possible and after he talked to his supervisor or manager , he approved it we get the Car and the monthly payment we want. It was our first time leasing a car to a dealer store and Mazen made it a great experienced. Even though we finished late - and almost closing he still helped us and showed us how to operate the Car. I had not much success finding that specific car until i met Mazen Abdeh in the driveway on a trip to Norm Reeves to enquire about finding just the car I wanted. He invited my wife and I inside and said he would look for what I wanted. After watching him search, he came to us with an option to get a 2018 version of just the car I wanted. We did a great deal, and working with Mazen as a car salesman was kinda fun - not what you normally feel after buying a car All in all it was about as perfect a car buying experience as I could have hoped for.
