Vech was in for an early (mileage) oil change.I have always been impressed with the service dept here. It is 60% the reason we purchased our three Kia cars from this dealer. The product and the warranty had us looking exclusively at Kia. The service dept at this dealership is the reason we purchased here. More

Great Service My vehicle was towed in to Luther Nissan because it wouldn't start. I was immediately greeted by service personnel. I explained the situation, was given a loaner vehicle and informed who my service advisor was. They told me my car wouldn't be able to be seen for a few days, but if I had questions in the meantime, to give my advisor a call. Shortly after the scheduled appt date and time, I received a call with what they believed was the issue. He provided me with the part and cost to repair. Once the part was received and replaced in my car, it started right up. They called me and said I could come pick it up. I was able to pay the bill online with the emails and text messages they sent, so when I went to pick up my car it was quick and easy. The only issue I have is that they are busy and cramped for space at this dealership. This could be considered a good thing, because people want their cars serviced their! Highly recommend. More
