Manny and Clint were great. Doug, the manager needs to go. I had an issue with the vehicle I was purchasing and manny had the day off. I was told by the service department to speak with Doug. Doug was in go. I had an issue with the vehicle I was purchasing and manny had the day off. I was told by the service department to speak with Doug. Doug was in his office for with a friend of his for about an hour before I finally knocked on the door to ask if he could help me. He did not get up from his desk to greet me, and said it was not his problem and I that my issue could wait until Manny or the other manager got back. He was rude and condescending. Later when he was walking around, he still did not address my issues and would not even speak to me. I was planning on buying another vehicle there but I refuse to do business with you as long as that they dude is working there! More
