I had to work on this day so we got to the office almost 8pm. Knowing that the office is opened until 9pm, we were just praying to be served before the office closed. The office unusually was very busy on this particular day as we saw almost all the sales associates attending to other customers. After speaking with one John Q at the front desk, my wife and I were ushered into some empty chairs and were promised to be attended to as soon as one of the sales associates was available. After waiting for more than 20 minutes and looking a bit dejected, we were approached by this smiling lady whom we later came to know as Megan Byrnes. We sensed she might have realized our predicament. She right away apologized for our long waiting and enquired from us what we were there for. After listening to us she took my wife and I to her cubicle and patiently walked us through the process of trading in our old vehicle and again walked us through the buying process of our new car. She had all the patience in the world and answered the thousand and one questions we had especially with the financing process. She took her time to explain all the options that were available to us until we selected the one that provided the greatest benefits. At the time we were done with the lengthy buying process with it related numerous paper work, it was way past 11pm. At no point did we notice any frustration in Megan Byrnes. We noticed, her goal was to provide us with a stress free buying experience and Megan Byrnes went way up and beyond. We left the office in our new car extremely satisfied customers. I will definitely advocate for Megan Byrnes on very platform I get because she's a SUPER STAR. We noticed her 10th anniversary plague on her desk and we were the least not surprised at all.
