I had a great experience while purchasing a 2008 Cadillac Escalade. I had some issues with the navigation system that did not work when the vehicle was delivered to me. Rude, a terrible amount of miscommunication, no clear answer to problems, women who have attitudes when I wanted answers. Rodney Moore, John Franco and I believe a man named Chris were the only redeeming answer to problems, women who have attitudes when I wanted answers. The two women, a blonde haired one with glasses and another with long, dark brown hair at the dealership on Wilbarger were the most rude people I have ever met. If my husband hadn’t told me to finish out the deal, I would have personally pulled out the moment I had talked to either of them with their attitudes. The reason this place is even getting more than 1 star is because of the 3 people who actually tried to help me. I thank most of you for trying to help with the mud flaps, but not those two women. Overall, John and Rodney were understanding when it came to signing and were patient with us. I believe that many things could have gone differently and I’m sad that they didn’t, but in the end it all worked out. More
