In truth, we really didn't plan on buying a car the same day until we had the pleasure of working with Megha Thallam. This started with her full transparency in answering my question of "what will the OTD price be for a CRV Sport Touring Hybrid...". No immediate call, no "when can I get you in" but rather a straight forward answer to my inquiry. Needless to say, we didn't visit another dealership. When you know, you know and we knew. Then we met her. Gracious, humble and curious. Not words typically ascribed to sales people and this is coming from a sales person. She made it easy. After the test drive, my wife and I grabbed lunch, both agreeing Megha earned our business. Then we had the pleasure of working with Mari Frank from the Finance department. Yes you read that correctly! Mari was a pleasure to work with and made this large purchase painless and enjoyable. Now we are enjoying our new ride! She clearly explained every step, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood all the details of the lease. I also had a last minute change to my lease, and Megha handled it right away. She was very accommodating and made the adjustment without any issues. On top of that, she was able to secure some really great bonuses for me, which I really appreciated. It was my first time buying a car, and Megha helped me. She was amazing. I was pretty nervous about it, seeing as my first time by myself, and she walked me through everything and laid it out. Also, Chris was super cool and was talking to me about his own car and his experience, and gave me super useful tips on what he would recommend. I felt like they weren't trying to upsell me on the stuff I didn't need. They laid out what they would do on their own cars and what would actually help me. More
