When I walked into the dealership, without an appointment, I didn’t know what to expect, one of my friends had recommended it after he purchased a new Jeep. I was trading in my Toyota Tundra and appointment, I didn’t know what to expect, one of my friends had recommended it after he purchased a new Jeep. I was trading in my Toyota Tundra and trying out a new Dodge Ram. I had seen the one I wanted on the dealer website. Melanie came over and introduced herself and I told her the vehicle that I was interested in. She had me take it for a test drive and when I returned we discussed the numbers. She wasn’t pushy like some other salespeople are. I believe they gave me their best price up front. Melanie gave me time to discuss it with my wife, who wasn’t there. We decided to go ahead with the purchase. Melanie made everything very easy. When we came back to pick up the truck, she had everything set for us.
