There was a hitch when we found out that I could not get the car I originally wanted. However, since this occurred after we had a handshake deal the dealership found me another car that was newer (2016 versus 2015) and made me a very similar deal on the newer car. They were not pushy and understood I was not pressed for a new car, but rather was looking to upgrade. I traded my car in for a very fair price, and they also gave me a very good deal on a 2015 Honda Accord Exl-V6 that was on the showroom floor. All the paperwork was straightforward and easy, and they handled everything on the trade in of my previous vehicle. I would definitely recommend Dick Ide to friends and family as doing business with this dealership was a pleasure. Based on my purchase experience I will most likely be loyal to the Honda brand and Dick Ide specifically for years to come. More
