It was her "over and above" authenticity, professionalism & knowledge that SOLD me. I became the proud owner of a VW Jetta today. I will never enter another car dealership. Best customer service! Brought my VW Beetle in for an oil change & because the window was leaking. I wasn’t even out of the car yet and Paolo Carnevale came to help me.
