I have been with VW since 2013, after leaving the Insurance Industry. I fell in love with VW as a brand and a company, so I can tell you I do bleed blue. I currently drive a VW Jetta GLI. I have been with Heritage, who I feel treats the customer and their employee better than anyone. My goal is to help you choose a car that you will love driving, educating you about your vehicle, and maintaining customer service at the highest possible level, during the sales process and for years to come.

Breaking the Car Salesperson Stereotype, No Pressure Sales As a salesperson, I am familiar with all types of high pressure sales tactics. There was no point in time in dealing with Melissa Cole and Gabe Walman As a salesperson, I am familiar with all types of high pressure sales tactics. There was no point in time in dealing with Melissa Cole and Gabe Walman that I felt forced, pressured, or uncomfortable to make a decision. In fact, they insisted that I test drive other brand vehicles prior to considering signing on the dotted line. Melissa took the time to LISTEN to what I was looking for and wanted. She explained all the features and allowed me to ask the questions and provided HONEST, candid answers regarding trims and unnecessary features that I would not need. I cannot express how impressed I was at her knowledge of vehicles as well as her genuine desire to find the right vehicle for me instead of trying to sell me the most expensive model/trim! Gabe and Melissa made the process of buying a new car ENJOYABLE and not the dreaded, exhausting process of back and forth negotiation that l had previously experienced and associated with purchasing a vehicle. When my wife needs to upgrade her car in the next year or so, Gabe and Melissa will be the first ones we go to see! More
