Surprises Clear and supportive, but a few surprises in the diagnosis. Check engine light appeared and I had the car towed in. The unfortunate part was the nearly week long wait to get it diagnosed and looked at. However, my service liaison, Melissa, was very kind and did help me with the final repair cost...which was significant. More
