Made it right Was initially frustrated when I called - woman answered the phone and said I had to wait a week after I told her my car didn’t start and the doors wou Was initially frustrated when I called - woman answered the phone and said I had to wait a week after I told her my car didn’t start and the doors wouldn’t open. I called back and spoke with someone else and was able to get my car serviced within 24 hours. My experience here always varies depending on who helps you. Really wish it was more consistent. Glad the second person made it right. More

A great buying experience Anita was a pleasure to deal with. She was honest with me during all steps of the process. I was also impressed with her knowledge of the technical as Anita was a pleasure to deal with. She was honest with me during all steps of the process. I was also impressed with her knowledge of the technical aspects of the vehicle. LaToya was the most organized financial rep I have ever dealt with at a dealership. One of the forms printed slightly off line. When she saw it, she took the time to reprint it so all my documentation was clean. Aside from the great buying experience, the motivation to use the Sutton dealership was your service department. Jillian and Jamie have been great to work with in the fast lane. Again, always honest with information on repairs and wait times...… And, for the bigger repairs, Melissa has gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs,.. from having loaners available, to an instance a few years ago when I was pressed for time on a major repair. Service sells cars. More
