Customer service at its best! I have been experiencing phantom problems with this car from the beginning that would not produce codes. Finally, it began sputtering and the engine/ I have been experiencing phantom problems with this car from the beginning that would not produce codes. Finally, it began sputtering and the engine/trans special kept troubleshooting until the problem was resolved. But, I would be remiss if i did not give Melissa her credit. She is awesome and worth her weight in gold. She is a customer service extraordinaire. She coordinates every aspect of the customer experience like a symphony from beginning to end. She even petitioned for me to get financial assistance through Lincoln in May when my break actuator went out. I asked her why would they do that? She said because my family had been loyal customers. Melissa is a strong reason why My family has continued with Sutton and the Lincoln brand! More
