I was concerned about how is going to pay for the break actuator, breaks, and rotors for my vehicle. Unexpectedly, she told me that she would speak to Lincoln to see if they could offer financial assistance. My response was “ why would they do that?”, but they came through for a car that was less than two years old with a lot issues. I appreciated her qenuine concern and car regarding my situation. Satisfactory visit I needed a simple tightening on a shield that was rattling. My original visit was for the Auto Butler and I was told to ask someone if they could look I needed a simple tightening on a shield that was rattling. Needless to say it was 7 cars ahead of me and would have taken forever..so I took my around the circle to the Mitsubishi dealership and they took care of it promptly. 15 minutes tops. So...with that being said ..that is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I had to go to dealership in the same day. Also Mitsubishi gives away free coffee from Keri machine and.tea..fresh popcorn is at your fingertips and fruit basket full of fruit is available to accommodate your stay. Just a couple of suggestions to help not make a service visit so dreadful. More
