I truly felt like the most important person there by each person I interacted with! Service, service, service is the name of the game! Sales is why they are there but satisfaction is what’s most important. They are much more concerned with your wants and needs than theirs! Bill Still was awesome!! He was always available to answer my questions, extremely friendly and courteous. Mo, the General Manager, is right there to help make the deal happen as much as he can! He is honest and resourceful. I have purchased 4 Subarus from Concordville and he has been a tremendous help and sounding board to help determine the right vehicle for the budget and vise versa. I could go on. Melissa who helped me get my car serviced was really wonderful. I had my oil changed and my windshield wipers changed out.
