BOWTIE MIKE - Haltermans Prize !!! I have leased many cars in my life , every 2-4 years . You start to get that pit in your stomach at the end of your lease and prepare yourself the bes I have leased many cars in my life , every 2-4 years . You start to get that pit in your stomach at the end of your lease and prepare yourself the best you can to go through the negotiation & haggling. Well , I have always had great experience with Halterman and remain a loyal customer, but now I have a loyal salesman BOWTIE MIKE who make the process feel so comfortable ! I didn't feel "sold" or manipulated . I didn't feel desperation or minimized. I felt like he wanted me to be HAPPY . Mike is an absolute GEM . He is so relaxed, sweet and a smile that just makes you feel at ease . Needless to say , I went in looking for a basic BASE 2nd family car and left with the high end Rav 4 Hybrid . And do you want to know why ? Because after all of the indecisiveness , he wanted to know what I really sincerely wanted . And I left with just THAT .
