Melissa assisted me, greeted me when I brought the car in, kept me informed along the way until the software upgrade was complete. Unfortunately, my car needed more work done because of the recall. Melissa arranged the appointment in a timely matter, prepared a car for me to use for 24 hours and helped me pick up the car. What I particularly appreciated was how she sought me out and filled me in on what was happening and approximately how long I would have to wait. That little extra makes a huge difference with customers as they wait for the maintenance tasks to be completed. There was another woman who was very helpful as well. She was as short as me and had blonde hair I apologize for not remembering her name. She was also very kind and personable. More

She is quick to reference my warranty and let me know what is or is not covered, as in today's visit where I saved on a window repair.
