They offered me coffee, tea, cookies, bagels, etc. as i waited. Melissa Sinapi was my customer sales representative and she was very reliable and personable. She answered all my questions within a timely fashion, she was very polite and never was she pushy or overbearing. She listened to me and really worked to make sure that i received what i was paying for. We said we needed a couple of weeks to think about it and she was very respectful of that. We went to another dealership in the meantime, and they did not compare. We ended up buying a Highlander XLE from Melissa and would recommend her to anyone. The process was smooth, comfortable and we love our new vehicle! More
