DCH Wappingers Fall Toyota was the best car buying experience we had. The Sales Reps really listened to what we wanted and would fit our lifestyle. They didn't try and sell us a vehicle we didn't want or need. They clearly pointed out the differences in the two cars we were thinking about and then we were allowed to test drive both. They didn't rush us into a sale, but took time to explain in detail the options available. It was an easy choice for us -- the Camry, and we love it. Additionally, the staff made the paperwork processing so very easy. They had all the necessary forms ready when we arrived (no waiting!), they clearly explained everything to us in detail, answered any questions we had and were so pleasant and friendly every step of the way. I should also note that before we drove the car off the lot, the sales person took us step by step through all the options on the vehicle -- demonstrating everything as we went along. Melissa never rushed us -- even though closing time was very near! I plan to send my family & friends to DCH Wappingers Toyota and will definitely return for future purchases -- great dealership!
