As always, Westside Lexus caters to their customers. Emailed Merrell and asked about exchanging my current leased car with a newer car. He was able to meet my request and I was only in the dealership for a ma1.25 hours from the time I walked in to the time I drove out with a new car. Fantastic job during this crazy 2020 year. Nam was super efficient with the lease details and was able to help get me closer to the amount I wanted to pay monthly by lowering my annual mileage since I work at home full time. Great job once again Westside Lexus. See you for the first oil change at some point. More
