Morrell was a very good salesman. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He wasn't like the typical pushy salesman, he laid all off my options out and helped me choose the one that was best for m knowledgeable and helpful. I don’t usually suffer from indecision. The color choices for the NX are frankly boring! There was a pre-owned NX in royal blue that I loved. It was a 2017 model. The problem was, it was only $6,000 less tha for the NX are frankly boring! There was a pre-owned NX in royal blue that I loved. It was a 2017 model. The problem was, it was only $6,000 less than a brand new one. Eventually I chose the new one. Merrell was patient, and helpful without being pushy. I have bought many cars from Westside Lexus. Merrell was a pleasure to deal with. He never made me feel rushed. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He is typical of the Lexus family. More

Fantastic customer service. I didn’t expect to purchase a vehicle that day but my sales consultant, Merrell Middleton made me an offer that I couldn’t refuse.
