Their outstanding customer service and fair pricing for both new vehicles and trade-ins motivated me to make the 40 mile drive to their location several times which resulted in a purchase of a new F-250 Superduty truck. This dealership does not charge a documentation fee or place overpriced add-ons on new vehicles which as become commonplace with most dealerships. The sales person always made sure the trucks I wanted to test drive were pulled up to the front and ready to go upon my arrival. All questions were promptly answered either by the knowledgeable sales person or by consultation during my visit. After my purchase, the technical advisor spent as much time as I needed to review all of the functions and features of the operation of the truck along with setting up my phone to interface with the technology. I appreciated the sales manager taking time to introduce himself during my visits to make sure my needs were being met. The finance person also did an outstanding job of recommending and closing the best finance option to meet our needs. Everyone that works for this dealership is very friendly and strives to provide outstanding service to their customers. More

He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and most of all had a sense of humor which I truly appreciate. He showed us several vehicles and explained the differences between the different packages that come on the same model. The dealership lent us a vehicle to go home with while they did the appraisal on our vehicle. When we went back to the dealership, he had prepared the paperwork on two different vehicles that we had looked at in order to have specific numbers to look at.
