When I walked into Roush Honda I was unsure if I even wanted a new car because I loved my 2010 Odyssey so much. He did not try to upsell me into a trim I didn't really need, even though I desperately wanted a heated steering wheel and the car I wanted didn't have it. He found a way to get it added to the less expensive trim. He was also wonderful with my 10 and 13 year old kids who came along. I am not a fan of the car buying process, but Shawn made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Mesiah did my paperwork and he was wonderful as well. I did not have a lot of time and he made it quick and simple. Overall, I had a great experience and I love my new car. More

Easily the best car dealership experience I've ever had! The website was great, and made it easy to see current offers and reach out to someone for more info. Josie was personable, quick to respond, and walked through the numerous features on the car when I came in for a test drive. I was able to leave with the car the next day, after a quick and pleasant meeting with Mesiah in Finance. Woudl highly recommend Roush Honda and, after a few days with it, the Honda Odyssey! More
