Felt like I was buying from a friend! I had spent a few weeks shopping for my first ever Mercedes Benz. My family and I had spoken to different dealerships and then we discovered Mia at Mercedes Benz of Annapolis! From beginning to end my experience with Mia was top-notch. Being that I work in the hospitality industry, I know all too well what it's like to deal with bumps in the road while trying to provide exceptional customer service. Mia handled this sale with absolute professionalism and class. Not to mention that she made my Mom and I feel very comfortable, like we'd known her forever! This was a very important moment in my life and I can't thank Mia enough for making it even more memorable. When it's time to upgrade, I can only hope she will be available to help me. More
