Exceptional sales and customer service We were in the market for a late model Subaru Outback, and I ran across a listing on TrueCar for a 2016 that was offered at Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis We were in the market for a late model Subaru Outback, and I ran across a listing on TrueCar for a 2016 that was offered at Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis. The car looked immaculate in the photos so I went to M-BA to take a look. Turns out it looked even better in person. I meet with Brian Sturgeon who answered all my questions, took us on a test drive and never pressured me and frankly put me at ease. I came back a week later and Mia helped me complete the sale as was equally as easy to deal with. But I have to admit that in the past the hard sell comes when you meet the finance people. Not the case at M-BA. Allen was amazing to deal with and took the time to explain my finance options yet not try and sell me stuff I didn't need. Buying a car is usually not a pleasant experience, but working with Brian, Mia, Asher (the sales manager) and Allen (finance) made everything about the purchase stress free and enjoyable. Enjoyable and car buying usually don't go together, but they do at M-BA! Remember we were buying a used (pre-owned) Subaru not a $70,000 Mercedes, yet it did matter because we were treated so well. No hard sell, or upselling, no attitude just simple courtesy and professionalism. I can't thank Brian, Mia, Asher and Allen enough for the wonderful buying experience. More

I bought several cars in many different dealerships and this is by far the best experience Ive had. My initial conversation with Asher was excellent. Mia greeted us with kindness the moment met. I blurted out our need for a new to us car. It seems that now it is an amusing story. Our best vehicle, 2002 Yukon, had an unfortunate event. I am a massage therapist, I had put a laundry basket full of fresh out of the dryer sheets into my Yukon and closed the door to its death. The sheets spontaneously combusted. When I opened the door the next morning, I met a yellow powder mess that had totaled the interior. Not to mention the charred ring where the hamper had once been. Mia didn’t laugh. She just said that was the best story she’d ever heard and that she had a solution quick. We filled out finance forms, which I had already pre-approved finance from my credit union. They were able to match the rate. We drove 90 minutes to Annapolis not knowing what kind of car we wanted. I’m sure that can be the worst nightmare to many people. Mia showed us the most perfect car that fit our budget, style and needs. We are so grateful to have Mia as our sales representative, she is truly a great matchmaker. Linda and Adam More
