I came to Lake Ford to get my Ford checked because I have car problems, and I thought that Ford technicians could easily solve my problem. I explained to Micah my car problems and requested to please have my car problems, and I thought that Ford technicians could easily solve my problem. I explained to Micah my car problems and requested to please have my vehicle fully checked and/or run a diagnostic test. Not only did I have to call later that same day to check the status of my vehicle, but my Ford was not fully checked. According to them, since my car does not have a check engine light that means my car runs fine. The only reason why I left the remaining stars 2 is because I was not charged for the test drive (thankfully) and the person who dropped me off home was kind. That same day I decided to become a Ford technician myself and performed a multi-point inspection and found that my catalytic converter has a hole which is causing loss of engine power and poor fuel economy. More
