Not impressed. My new PHEV escape is not going up to the initial 44 miles range. The EV baterry was drained and now it only recharges to about 22 mile range. Foot fill expectancies. Found the problem and fixed it. Had to bring it a second time for a leak. got fixed as well and every thing looks good till now. Two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation is unacceptable. Then being told 10 more minutes that turns into 35. Also $48 for wiper blades when website says $24. I have had them replaced there before and was around $25. This excessive amount of time has happened to me before. Seems like a scheduling problem. I have been bringing my F-150 there since purchasing it from the dealer. Not sure about continuing that in the future. More
