Great Purchase Experience! I had a great experience with this dealership. They are very family oriented, even giving my 3 year old a Jeep hat! Since the paperwork was going to I had a great experience with this dealership. They are very family oriented, even giving my 3 year old a Jeep hat! Since the paperwork was going to take a while they recommended a terrific restaurant in downtown Rome so that I could get my family lunch. My main salesman was Shawn Evans, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Every time I spoke with him during the buying process it was a pleasure. There was no pressure, and he always respected the fact that any vehicle purchase is a stressful decision, and he didn't apply any of those "old", salesman talking points He let the vehicle, price, and the dealership do the talking. If you need a Jeep, ask for Shawn! More

Horrible customer service for the second time. He has interrupted me while I was in the back getting my car maintenance. Only to promise to help me and not fo customer service for the second time. He gets very cocky once you don't want what he has offered, but it's not what I wanted and he knew that. Not helpful at all. I would not recommend him to anyone. Needless to say I no long want to buy from this dealership again. More

Went in to get 2018 jeep looked at Went to get my 33000 mile car looked at for leaking oil and was told.by Michael Allen the best thing I could do was trade it in...never felt more pre Went to get my 33000 mile car looked at for leaking oil and was told.by Michael Allen the best thing I could do was trade it in...never felt more pressured to buy a new car in my life...told me he could get me in a new one for around the same price 180 dollars more was what it ended up being and to top that off promised oil changes and car washes which now days they don't do that anymore ( they did with my first one) people like Michael reflect horribly on your dealership and name...I've used this dealership my whole life (56) I can assure you with this experience I won't ever use it again More
