While I understand scheduling conflicts occur, since I arrived the same time as the other customer and saw the expensive vehicle they were driving, I felt I was being passed over for a better deal. That did not give me a good feeling and I actually thought about leaving. However, Michael Allen introduced himself and went above and beyond to help me purchase my new vehicle.
