Service department is trash except Dorinda When I come to Stingray I'm so tired of having to explain the warranty I purchased at Stingray. They try an charge me for things that I have covered. When I come to Stingray I'm so tired of having to explain the warranty I purchased at Stingray. They try an charge me for things that I have covered. Ex. Oil change tire rotation. It seems like Dorinda is the only person that understands warranty. I need to come back for another issues but don't feel like the hassle. Don't think I'll purchase again because of this. All I can recommend is Michael Allen and Dorinda. . Dorinda got my tire replaced with no problem. It wasn't in stock but that's not her fault. My coworker also only recommends Dorinda. Maybe she needs teach a customer service class to the others. When I purchased my truck they said it would be do simple. That is a lie! Dorinda asked about my warranty be before I said a word. She even had the name. All others would have tried to change me $300 for a tire. They don't understand till I go home and find my paper work and that is some bull!!! But we live and we learn. Won't do it again. Dorinda is the best thing the service department has going on. FYI: I can't render the names of the others I've worked with. More
