I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else! I decided the time was right for me to get a new truck, but with Covid-19, there just wasn't any trucks to be found that were exactly what I wanted. This is where Jordan Savage worked his magic again. Not only did he check in with me to see exactly what I wanted, but went as far as keeping track of recent arrivals and projected arrivals, and found the exact truck I was looking for even though the supply of new trucks was and is severely limited. That is what sales service and customer service is supposed to look like! Jordan Savage listens to what you want, and then turns a conversation into an actual truck! Jordan even stayed late the day the truck arrived to finalize everything because he knows how far I have to travel and what my daily work schedule is. The management team stepped up and made the trade in process quick and easy, and made sure all of the discounts and rebate programs I qualified for were applied. The old saying of every little bit helps is how they approach a sale. And it shows... and it's appreciated. But the outstanding service at Ferguson Superstore doesn't stop with the sales department. Courtnei Young in the finance department made finishing the whole process extremely easy. From explaining financing options to warranty options, she was answering questions before I could even ask them (yes, she's that good!). And on top of it, Courtnei discovered savings and rate choices that made a big difference. The whole process was easy, and the Ferguson Superstore team once again proved why they are the best around!
