Best car shopping experience In need of a vehicle, I set my self with a lot of questions after "doing my online research" in how to navigate the buying a car at the dealer experie In need of a vehicle, I set my self with a lot of questions after "doing my online research" in how to navigate the buying a car at the dealer experience. Got a referral from Dealer Rater and pre-approval with a challenge credit from Capital One. Ready I was ready for battle but I was pleasantly surprised to found a car dealer that has the customer's satisfaction as priority number one. I was promptly contacted via text by Shelley Barr (five star sales person) and the unusual "no pressure" experience began. I setup an appointment to test drive the car I found on their inventory that I had my eyes on. Shelley Barr greeted me and since the moment I sat foot inside Sullivan Buick GMC, I felt that there was a team there ready to help me find the vehicle that fit my expectations. The finance team with a one page-easy to fill application, got to work and within a few minutes were able to present me with better options that the one I arrived with. I was able to test drive not one but at least six cars without "any" and I mean "any" pressure - this proved to be critical for me to buy the right car -.. Shelley's advise was invaluable and even though I did not end up buying a car that day, the same level of respect and enthusiasm remain form the Sullivan Buick' team. Two days later after weighting my options at home, I was ready to buy. Still undecided between two vehicles, I contacted Shelley, she accommodated my request and by the time I arrive at the dealer a car was waiting for me (with a VIP cone (details that make you feel good) to be test drive. The car I wanted had a minor detail but Shelley took the time to take me to the service department and the issue was addressed immediately. Back to Shelley's desk for a final review and within an hour Tony Audino (Finance department) had me all taken care and was ready to take possession of my new car. In a world that sometimes makes you think with yearn about the good old days where the customer was king, Sullivan Buick GMC makes you feel just like that. Finaly, on my way out the door, I was able to meet with Mr. Ariel Szwec (General Manager) and right there I understood where the excellent customer service culture that Sullivan Buick GMC comes from.
