New (used) car for my daughter I've purchased over 20 vehicles in my life and this was, by far one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. Marco was my salesperson and h I've purchased over 20 vehicles in my life and this was, by far one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. Marco was my salesperson and he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. He's amazingly personable and looked into all my questions and concerns. He's definitely one of the main reasons I will start my future searches with Sullivan. Ask for Marco when you get there - he knows how to treat customers. We were looking for a car for my daughter who is going to college so we just wanted something safe. We were looking at a used 2007 vehicle. Sullivan refused to sell me the car I found there until they went through it and fixed any issues - especially since my number one requirement was a safe used car for my daughter. They found an issue with the steering, which this car has been notorious for in the past. They didn't just fix the problem, they replaced all the parts just in case. They did over $1500 worth of work on the car before I bought it and didn't raise the price. Unbelievable. They even asked the Service Manager to come in and explain what work was done on the car. Additionally, Mike in the Finance department was incredibly nice and answered all our questions. We never felt rushed or like we were being "scammed" in any way. I never felt any pressure and I felt I could trust them. I'm not sure I've said that about any car dealer before. Here's the amazing part - the car we were looking at was only $7,000. We were not buying a $50,000 vehicle and they all still treated me like my purchase was a million dollar transaction. Like I said - amazing. In case you're thinking it, I was not paid to write this, I'm not biased toward Sullivan for any reason, and I am not related to anyone at Sullivan in any way. I just had a great experience and thought others should know. Amazing job Sullivan. I'm sure I'll be back. Dominick More
