I came in yesterday to trade in my vehicle. I was told that a deal could be reached if I put my down. I came back in today to accept the deal. However, when speaking to Adam, a manager, I was t I was told that a deal could be reached if I put my down. I came back in today to accept the deal. However, when speaking to Adam, a manager, I was told that the deal could not be reached. Ultimately I'm okay with that, but Adam was extremely condescending and rude. While explaining to me why a deal wouldn't work, he proceeded to write "2+2=4" on a sheet of paper as if I was a child. I proceeded to walk way and go to my car, but came back to ask another person what his name was. When I was got his name from another person, I proceeded back to my car. That's when Adam came outside and continued to yell while approaching my car. I wasn't sure what his intentions were and didn't want to cause a scene so I ended up driving off. The entire experience was unpleasant, to say the least. I'd really think twice before purchasing a vehicle from here. I definitely won't be coming back. More
