The automated phone system set up an appointment for my 2021 Ford Ecosport and when I arrived at Joe Machens Ford Mike informed me that no appointment was scheduled and showed me I nor the Ecosport were on 2021 Ford Ecosport and when I arrived at Joe Machens Ford Mike informed me that no appointment was scheduled and showed me I nor the Ecosport were on the schedule. He said he would try to squeeze me in and did and got my vehicle beck to me the next day. More
