I experienced the worst customer service and speed of service was awful. I purchased a brand new vehicle from Joe Machens Capital City and within a week the service light came on and my vehicle wouldn’t service was awful. I purchased a brand new vehicle from Joe Machens Capital City and within a week the service light came on and my vehicle wouldn’t reverse. My vehicle was towed to Joe Machens on March 18th. It was there until April 16th and they found nothing wrong with it. Any updates on my car were given to me after I called, they never called me with an update without me first calling. When my vehicle was brought back to me it had 15 miles until out of gas. I also never received a 2nd key for the vehicle when purchased. I have been asking for one for over a month and I still don’t have it. I’ve never been this disappointed with a business and never had this much trouble with a service department and dealership. More

Because I'm a girl. ..... You keep telling me there is nothing wrong with my car, keep charging me for a diagnostic test and still fix nothing. My cheap $20 reader brings ..... You keep telling me there is nothing wrong with my car, keep charging me for a diagnostic test and still fix nothing. My cheap $20 reader brings up a code but yours supposedly don't. And how does an engine light turn off that's been on for 2 weeks....you all cleared the code, that's how.... It was not "doctor syndrome" like you said, cars don't do that! I was told I wouldn't be charged for 2nd diagnostic test because it was the same issue....here I am $450 & 2 test later. More
