I told him I needed an inspection and he said would be 1.5 to 2 hour wait. I told him no problem, that I was fine waiting. Well, before I knew it, Mike came and got me in the waiting area and told me my car was ready. What a great surprise! Mike knows how to make his customers and always tries to make my experience very positive. He is an asset to your team!! More
