Micheal Hughes , Pedro Jenner , Micheal Bozwell over in certified used cars in N Lakeland are those people . bought a yukon for my wife and two days later I went back a bought a silverado for myself in large part for they way they treated us on the first vehicle . both vehicles where the best buying experience i have ever had. felt like i knew these guys all my life and was treated so. so if you hate the idea of having to deal with car salesmen don't . these guys might sell cars for a living but there mission is to give you a great experience . If its within there power they will meet your needs as they did for us and many other im sure. so don't take what you can get . go see these guys and get what you deserve ! More

The experience I had with the group at Regal was amazing. I went and told them what I needed as far as payment and what type of vehicle and they did everything in there power and helped get me what I needed. Michael Hughes is a miracle worker and Mike Boswell who helped with the vehicle was friendly and did not attack as soon as we got there. Pedro Jenner in financing was very friendly and made the process very smooth. And all this was completed while I had my 3 month old grand baby with me. I would recommend them to all who are looking. We were in the market for a specific GMC and located it at Regal GMC. Michael Hughes and Michael Bozwell were the easiest people to work with. They made it stress free and pleasant. Regal North lot sold me a lemon. You didn’t inspect this GMC Acadia correct (lack thereof) and now it needs $2,600 worth of work done. Literally, not even one week off the lot.
