They did not communicate well. Left us hanging for 5 hours. They ultimately admitted it was something they couldn't do. Dealership not forthright in presenting documents, thumb drive without any hard copies given at time of sale. No proof of purchase while driving away vehicle off lot. Add ons of vehicles for unnecessary ite drive without any hard copies given at time of sale. No proof of purchase while driving away vehicle off lot. Add ons of vehicles for unnecessary items. Excessive administration fees above all dealers in area. Profits made on registration documents over and above NC fees. Request of transfer of registration and new plate was applied for. Reg was good through 02/24 incurred additional cast and property taxes too. Lastly requested phone call from GSM to discuss deal after conversation with finance manager over several issues. never called. More
