Be Honest what happen to being honest to one another!!! Don't trick people in buying so your commission will be higher than you advise the financing guy what was told to you from the sales rep. OH HE DON'T REMEMBER SAYING THAT SO I SAID NOBODY PULLS NUMBERS FROM THEIR HEAD I asked the Sales rep O I didn't say that or I don't remember exactly what was said you advised me and my husband. I don't like liars that is NOT the way you handle business. I read the reviews and yes I'll be the best too when you CON people out of their money to make your pockets heavier. Pissed!!!! LYING is not acceptable So PLEASE PEOPLE WHEN YOU GO TO CARMEN JEEP please pay close attention scanners. Stress free with two leases at once! My two daughters went to Carman on a Friday night at 5PM to lease a Wrangler and a Cherokee. I had spoken to the Sales Manager Joe Triboletti in advan My two daughters went to Carman on a Friday night at 5PM to lease a Wrangler and a Cherokee. I had spoken to the Sales Manager Joe Triboletti in advance of when we would arrive. Joe met us at the door and then took my two daughters out to see their cars. Both cars were side by side prepped and ready to go. Joe then turned us over to two of his capable Sales Associates, Michael Brooks and Al Grandell. Michael and Al showed my daughters all the features of the cars and took them for test rides. Upon returning we went in and start the paperwork process. Once done with Michael and Al we went back to Joe to finalize the paperwork for the leases. The process was done efficiently and professionally by all parties. I strongly recommend the Carman dealership and its very competent sales staff! More
