The experience was good other than the final sales manager who acted like a child when I declined the extra coverage. Almost to the point I wanted to leave it was very uncomfortable. I was very respec manager who acted like a child when I declined the extra coverage. Almost to the point I wanted to leave it was very uncomfortable. I was very respectful to him in declining this coverage and felt almost like I offended him by saying no to him. I felt the way he acted was very unprofessional. Maybe he gets commission on that part of the sale? Not sure what his issue was. And I’m not sure if this small (family) dealer makes follow up calls after the sale but still no phone call three days later. More
