I had visited and contacted two dealers here were I live in Naples and I could not get answers or response to my questions On the Miata I wanted . I looked up top Mazda Dealers and sport Mazda is rated Six in Naples and I could not get answers or response to my questions On the Miata I wanted . I looked up top Mazda Dealers and sport Mazda is rated Six in the country , so I hoped in my car and drove the three hours to Orlando on search of a great dealer, and they are !! It took me only 1 hr and 45 mins and papers were signed and my car was delivered right to my home in Naples . From the moment they presented the deal my sales representative Delvin Lliteras made sure it was right and easy . He even came to Naples with the car , showed me everything , made sure I was satisfied. This was the easiest car shopping I have every down. I felt relaxed , confident that we both got a fair deal and I will as treated with great service !!! Zoom Zoom More

On Saturday, July 25, 2020, I was performing routine maintenance on a vehicle that I bought at Sport Mazda last March 2020, when they do the corresponding checkup, they detected that the brakes and disc maintenance on a vehicle that I bought at Sport Mazda last March 2020, when they do the corresponding checkup, they detected that the brakes and discs must be changed. I told them that it is a vehicle that I bought a few months ago, that they had to cover their costs, otherwise is a vehicle with few months of use on my part, it supposed to be in optimal conditions. Well, there was no way to convince them to take responsibility for the position. Their response was that they give a 30-day guarantee so that one can make any claim, my question is: Who the xxxx is going to think of taking apart a 2019 vehicle to see where if it has any error? I was really disappointed in their attitude. For this reason I do not recommend them ever again. This is my second and last vehicle that I purchase with them. More

I would recommend the dealership but , a big but , and I'm talking about the salesperson, she had no informations or whatsoever . No training, she couldn't answer any questions, she had to check with othe I'm talking about the salesperson, she had no informations or whatsoever . No training, she couldn't answer any questions, she had to check with other people. I don't think she understood English. I wasn't satisfied, .I'm happy with my New Mazda cx30 but the process was long and painful. The salesperson didn't provide us with any informations, I just had to find out later about multiple issues online. Even when trying to pay my lease , no one explained to me or showed me the new app to pay . When I had my other Mazda 3 I used to pay through chase app. It was easy and convenient . No one told us that I have to pay through M.F.S. I had to find out on my own. Even when calling the dealership, finance department, no answer and I couldn't even leave a message, their voice mail was full. I hope you understand my frustration. And there is a lot more...
