Michael DeSalvo is not part of the service department, but when I needed help with my fiat on a Saturday and the service department was closed, Mr. DeSalvo stepped up and solved my problem for me. This dealership failed to be transparent about certain obligations tied to the vehicle lease, which only became clear after the fact. That alone was frustrating, but the response from management made the obligations tied to the vehicle lease, which only became clear after the fact. When these concerns were raised with the general manager, Mike, there was little to no empathy or effort to address the issue, just a dismissive attitude that suggested the dealership did not value the customer relationship or future business. Buying or leasing a vehicle requires trust, and based on my experience, that trust was not upheld. More
